Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Eligible reasons for return include receiving the wrong product, manufacturing defects, size issues, damage, or significant color variation. To initiate a return, please email care@anuttarafabric.com with your order ID and details of the issue.
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof and must be submitted. The product should be packed securely and ready for pickup within 24 working hours.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note, refunds will cover the product cost only and will not include the original delivery charges.
Sale items, international orders, and items that are altered, used, or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.
