Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

  • Request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be in original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer care team at care@anuttarafabric.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will email you the return notes and labels.
  3. Our delivery representatives will pick up the goods along with the provided documents. Please ensure items are properly packed for pickup.

If you have any of the following issues, the Return & Exchange Policy will be effective. Kindly have a look:

  • Wrong Product Received
  • Shrink
  • Damage / Torn Piece
  • Size not fit
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Color Fade
  • Damaged Embroidery

Note:

  • Return / Exchange can be done within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once acknowledged by the team during the next 24 working hours of the request received, we will arrange a reverse pickup facility from your shipping address.
  • For evidence, attach an original unboxing video of the product.
  • Refund: We will pay our customers within 3-5 business days once the product reaches our warehouse.
